1. Product Introduction
BILLIONS™ R-996 is sulfate-process rutile titanium dioxide with zirconia-alumina composite inorganic coating plus organic surface modification. Precise particle size control during production delivers excellent brightness, high hiding power and outstanding dispersibility. It is a high-durability multi-purpose pigment designed for indoor and outdoor coating systems with long-term weather resistance requirements.
